30-Day Return Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee


A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once the customer provides proof of shipment showing that the return has been initiated. Please note that the refund will be issued with a deduction for the restocking fee.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:


Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses


Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.






European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
